                      What are the secrets to...jump-starting your health, gaining control over your cravings, and outlook on life?

Our body employs a variety of mechanisms to make us want to eat, under-eat, and/or overeat!  Sooo...what are the internal-food factors or protocols for knowing what’s right to eat?  Well?

Having the right player(s) on your team is important; in helping you understand how to modify your diet-right!

Why are there so-many contradictory statements in the media about nutrition?  Hmmm... Would you agree that most dietary "messages" are conflicting and sometimes confusing?  (Yeah!!!)

 Would you agree..."most" messages, at best, do not relate the actual food-ingredient(s) that causes you to overconsume, that simple (fill in the blank)...and you love ever bit of its goodness!!!  Hmmm!
